Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Scope (“Scope”, “the app”, “we”, “us”), a streaming dashboard operated by an independent developer. By using Scope, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

Scope lets you connect your own Twitch, YouTube, and Kick accounts to view and manage your broadcasts, including chat, moderation, viewer stats, alerts, stream information, and integrations such as OBS and BELABOX. Features may change, and some require connecting a third-party account.

2. Accounts & third-party platforms

To use most features you connect third-party accounts via their official OAuth login. Your use of those platforms remains subject to each platform’s own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You are responsible for complying with the rules of each platform you connect, and for all activity performed through your connected accounts using Scope.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Scope to:

• break the law or any connected platform’s terms or community guidelines;
• access or manage accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• harass, abuse, or harm others, or send spam;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its servers.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you create and the channels you manage. You are solely responsible for messages you send and moderation actions you take through the app.

5. Availability

Scope is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and third-party platform changes may affect functionality outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Scope is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scope and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of your data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using Scope and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
